1. Description of Service

FLAI is an AI-powered flight search assistant. It allows users to input travel queries in natural language (typed or spoken) to find flight options. FLAI searches and aggregates flight information from various third-party sources and presents these options to you, often with links to airline or online travel agency (OTA) websites where you can make bookings. FLAI may use your device's location, with your permission, to enhance search results (e.g., for departure city or location-based suggestions). FLAI is designed to remember the context of your conversation to provide more relevant follow-up responses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to use online services). If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
